Cancel your purchase

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason. The cancellation period is calculated from the day you (or a representative you have appointed) receive the item.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• If you ordered a downloadable file and actively consented to the download starting immediately, the right of withdrawal expires when the download begins.
• Custom print assignments (e.g., via our print service, manufactured according to your specific wishes) are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as the item is specially made for you.

Before filling out the form, please have the following ready:

• Your order number
• The email address you used for the purchase
• Whether it applies to the entire order or only part of it

What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation via email immediately after submitting your request. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item (or proof that it has been sent). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
