Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply between you as the customer and Hamrydesign, owned and operated by Hamry. Contact: info@hamrydesign.com
By purchasing from hamrydesign.com, you agree to these terms.
Hamrydesign develops and sells original, 3D‑printed products and accessories designed for efficiency, organization, and a harmonious workspace.

2. Orders
When you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The agreement is considered valid once the confirmation has been issued. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
For international customers, currency conversion may apply depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic (Sweden): Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Unclaimed packages may incur a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Products must be returned in essentially unchanged condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international customers, all return shipping costs — including customs fees, duties, and handling charges — are paid by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom‑made items, including 3D‑printed products manufactured on demand.

Digital content: For downloadable digital files (including STL and 3MF files), the right of withdrawal does not apply once download has started, provided that you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is confirmed via the checkbox you accept in the shopping cart before completing your purchase. Once a digital file has been downloaded, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. License for Digital Files
Purchasing a digital file (including STL and 3MF files) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may print the file as many times as you like for your own personal use.
You may not share, redistribute, upload the file to other websites, file-sharing services, or marketplaces, or resell the file — whether in its original format, modified, or in printed form — without prior written permission from Hamrydesign.
All intellectual property rights to the design remain with Hamrydesign at all times. Purchasing a file grants a license to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

7. Claims & Defects
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.
For Swedish customers, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency. International customers are covered under applicable consumer protection laws in their region.

8. Personal Data (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Shopify acts as our data processor and stores information on our behalf. Your data is used solely to manage orders, payments, shipping, and customer support.

9. Cookies
Hamrydesign uses cookies to operate our website, remember your preferences (such as language and cart contents), and analyze site traffic. Cookies are also used to record consent confirmations, such as your agreement to the withdrawal terms for digital content at checkout. 10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
