Shipping & Delivery

Digital Products
Downloadable files (including STL and 3MF files) are delivered instantly. You will receive a download link via email as soon as your payment is confirmed — no shipping is involved, and no tracking information will be provided for digital orders.

Physical Products
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Most products are made to order, which means production begins as soon as your purchase is completed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the workload of the carrier.
